How do I make parrot wafers?

I am having a hard time finding parrot wafers on Chessy. Is it possible for me to make some? My poor parrots are growing thin. They are all skin, bones and feathers.

Use your cooking tool to bring up the menu. Click on "Preparations" and look for parrot wafers. You will need 1 dough, 1 honey, and 1 raw fish steak to make a single wafer. As you make them, they will stack. (Nothing sadder than a hungry parrot!)

Thank you so much, Gweneth! I took my GM fisherwoman down to the docks, pick up some honey in Vesper and whipped up a batch of parrot wafers in a snap!! Now my pets are very fat and happy and they asked me to say "ARRCK! HELLOO!!" to you in appreciation for your help
