i have a smith /carpenter /tailor/ tinkerer but i can`t seem to find how to make a dragon barding deed can someone pleasae explain ?

Using your smithing tool you have to select platemail then find dragon barding deed

Exactly what Kallie said. And you'll need 750 ingots of one ore type to even attempt it.
The fail rate is high, and ordinary barding armor is half the usefulness of exceptional.

Make sure you have a half decent talisman or ASH, or preferably both - a nice +25% excep talisman and +30 ASH will work wonders with the chances of producing an exceptional barding deed.
