How do I make a potted tree?

You can't make them - I wish we could though! The plain potted tree, potted yellow flower, potted foxglove and a potted bush were rewards from an event that took place quite a few years ago - I think it was "Clean Up Britannia!", but I'm not sure. Sometimes you'll find them for sale on player's vendors - but they're usually pretty pricey. I'd wanted a foxglove forever - but fortunately for my pocketbook I don't like what it looks like in the KR client
Anyway, there are also some potted trees with snow and/or ornaments on them that were Holiday Gifts from a few years ago - those are a lot cheaper, but not as pretty as the potted tree reward.

They were from X-mas 1999. The information is here
They came in the form of a deed and once you double clicked it, it would give you a random potted plant.
You can only buy them from vendors now and yes, they do cost quite a bit.
I'll give you some prices that I've typically seen them sell for. The potted tree sells for the most.
Potted Tree: up to 2 million.
Potted Flower: 1 - 1.5 million
Potted Fox Glove: 1 million
All the rest: anywhere from 500k to 1 million.

Recently I picked up one the medium sized non-flowering potted plants for 150k. It pays to shop around!!
