How do i get to the Ogre Lords on Despise since the dungeon revamp?

Go to Fel... plety of OL on level 3.

they are on the second level, accessible by the rope. but your best bet is to go to Fel Despise unless you are on a busy shard.

I train my greater dragons in the NH mine when they are fresh once they get fairly well trained the spawn in NH dung is way to slow. About all that dungeon is good for (Training mid level high end pets)

As I have said to everyone else missing the old despise, go to fel. As long as you're outside the champ spawn, it's all there.

To answer your original question, you don't. There are no ogre lords in Despise, Tram.
