How do I acquire a second account?

Instead of downloading a new game from EA store, or what have you, isn't there an easier way to just go to my normal login screen for Stgian Abyss, change the name and password, and Wal-la, I am on my second account.

Go to this page UO Game Code Store - Product Details and buy a New Account Code and then go to this page https://account.ea.com/myacct/uo/uo-hub.jsp?skin=uo and Create An Account. When logging in just type in which account you want to play.

Voila!

now you can type the new account name in on your login...

Though keep in mind that you won't have any veteran bonus, so no +5 stats and no +20 skills...so might as well buy an existing older account than starting a new.
