How come some bolts or arrows dont stack?

i got some bolts and some arrows that wont stack with others.
what is the deal with that?

Were they made with different wood types? Did you try separating each stack in half, then dropping them into your pack? There is a bug out on stackable items, but usually with a little perseverence you can get them to stack again.
