How can we safely trade now....

After reading the announcement on UO.com. I can't help but wonder how can we safely buy/sell things now with the fear that its very probable that items on vendors can be a dupe / created by duped runics. Or something you sell can ends up with a duper and can implicate your account to be in cahoots with dupers.

So only things that are safe to buy/sell are repair deeds, minor marties, and maybe mongbat loots??
