How can I get here (In Despise)?

Hi! I'm playing UO in Balhae Shard. My character is a paladin-archer. While I was hunting Earth eles in Despise, I noticed several Earth eles gathered in a area like the picture above. If I can climb up to the rim of the area, I could hunt them very easily, I suppose. But I don't know how I can get there.
I tried to climb up there by riding a horse, but it didn't work.

Does anyone know how to get there?

I walked all around it, but I couldn't figure out a way either.

You can't. Sucks...but...yeah....

Have you tried Shadow jump or Teleport?

I've tried teleport many times, but it didn't work. (My magery is 100)
When I click the targeting cursor on the green pool region, the message like "you can't see the point" comes.
On the rim (or the top), the targeting cursor disappears without any message.

That was one of the map additions that came in with KR I think (to make the dungeons look better in the client). There are a few of them in Despise, and monsters often spawn there with no way out. This problem used to happen in Destard a lot, but fortunatly, there is code so that monsters that aren't injured in a certain amount of time will go away to allow respawn.
