How are the housing prices here?

If I move here I would like to get a nice 18x18 in a decent vendor area (nothing like Luna though, my pockets aren't that deep) What would something like that set me back?

Housing plots nots too hards to find . Ifs you goes outsides Umbra near deserts..usually you can findsa spots to plops down a cabe,,err,,house.
