Housing question

Ok folks...I am sure this is simple to some of you, and I hope someone can explain it clearly to me.

I have 2 accounts, one is upgraded to SA, and one is not.

I want to switch the houses that are held on each account. My Fel keep is on a fully upgraded account, and my 18x18 is on a very old account.

I want to design the 18x18 with the new garg titles so I need it on the upgraded account and I want my keep on my old account.

How do I do it with out losing one of them. Do I need to worry about this 7 day timer?


Or is it as simple as transfer to character from acc 1 to acc 2 then transfer from acc 2 to acc 1?

as long as neither account has traded or built a house in the last 7 days, it will be as easy as acct 1 trades to acct 2 and account 2 trades to account 1. I have done this quite a few times when i had multiple accounts.
