Probably a sill question, but it's been a long time since I owned a house. My question is, If I'm currently co-owned to a house, what will happen if I place my own house? I guess I'm worried that if I place my own house, something might happen to my brothers Tower. Any help would be appreciated.

Not a thing. As long as you only have one house on your account you can be co-owned to one other house np.
