(Question) Housing prices on Atlantic?

Howdy all,

I'm considering a move over to Atlantic because I never am able to find anything going on on my current shard.

I'd like to live somewhere populated, so I'm wondering what I should expect for prices on the following (all TRAM):
-Luna houses
-18x18s on major roads
-Gatehouses
-Failing all that, castles?

I moved over about a month ago now. I setup a char first and trained him up while house hunting.
There always seem to be plots going in general of all different sizes.
18x18 could be anything from 20mill to 40mill depending on location.
Luna houses I would imagine are in the BILLIONS to buy.
Castles maybe 350mill + from what I have seen so far.

I've generally heard castles are from 750m - 1.5b+ depending on location.
18x18 I would agree at 20-40m
I have heard Luna homes are 1.5B+ easily. Personally, I dislike Luna so I don't understand it.
