Housing placement bugged or is it just me?

Every time I test place a house, it places one without any warning or confirmation gump coming up. It doesn't matter if I've placed one 2 hours ago or 2 days ago, i still place a house. It's difficult to help friends get positioning right for house placement or scope out an area to see if i can upsize!

Try workaround of 0 gold and no checks in bank of test-placer.

Typically I notice that this happens when you are within the 7 day waiting period to place a house.... but don't actually have a house standing.

It's an annoying behavior since a long time. Also if you try to measure out the best size for a plot, after demolishing one time you are suddenly blocked from demolishing again for one hour.
If you use an account for testing, which has an house, this gives you the confirmation gump.
