Housing in Atlantic???

I am thinking of moving my entire account from Baja (dead shard) to Atlantic. Is there a decent amount of locations to place an 18x18? I'm not too overly picky about location, as long as it's not super high monster spawn.

there are places but most are nabbed by greedy house sellers if / when you want let me know we can scout out areas

Haven't seen a place to put down an 18x18, but I've seen enough smaller locations that aren't being filled. Places like 12x14ish, etc.

18x18's can run you quite a bit on this shard. I've seen them as low as in the 20's to 30's and hundreds of millions for a not so outstanding location.
