Houses without Owners?

Heya,

SO, i´ve ran into quite a bit of houses without owners?

House sign:

An Unnamed House
This is a private house.

If you try to open the door it say " You cannot use this item "

Whats up with them, and do they ever day ? Seems not. Manually removed?
Anyone heard Mythic/EA say anything about them ?

When these houses are removed are they just deleted? With items inside and all, poofed too???

Or are they put on a decay timer so people have a chance to loot them???

pretty sure they just poof, and that's a shame, no tellin' what's inside them
