House Transfer Issue

So, I decided to switch my house from one account to a 2nd account. When I move to make the transfer, I get a message that I cannot complete the transfer because I have more secured Items than the 2nd account can hold and it isn't entitle to Mondain's Legacy Content. Well, I have news for UO P) I am registered for ML. Could I be receiving this message simply because I'm not signed up for the extra storage?

did you upgrade with the extra storage? ML = 20% with extra storage = 40%

If the 1st account has the extra storage, and the 2nd one doesn't have the extra storage only time it would be a problem is being over the extra storage on your 1st account. making it where you can not transfer it to the 2nd account. Every account you have to buy the extra storage, because it is account bound not house bound. Housing placement tool shows you how much storage, and locks you can have with any houses on that account.
