House Trading?

Ello all. I have a question... I have two houses I want to trade between 2 accounts. A account and B account. I want to take A house and put it on B account and then B house on A account? Can I do that like back to back or do I have to have a 3rd account ? I got 2 answers and they are both different. One said I need the 3rd account but the other one said as long as I am not placeing I can trade them to each account with out the 3rd account. Any help would be great. Thank you very much. *smiles*

You should be able to do this just fine. You only get hit with the housing timer if you have a house traded to you, and that means that account can't accept or place a house, but it can trade one away.

What will basically happen:

Trade house A to account B
Account B will now have two houses; the old one will be condemned.
Trade house B to account A
This should un-condemn house B, and leave one house on both accounts.

Thats what I thought but I was told with new rules I can't do that. So I am a little concern is all . Thank you both for the help.

To be Honest I have not try yet. One house has 58 vendors and the other one has 30 so I got to take down one house vendor then transfer but I have not had the time yet.

Just did the house swap between 2 accts, and went through without a hitch :)

I have done the same thing - worked just fine :) Before the trade neither account had done any placing or trading within the previous week.
