House Teleporter Issue

Ok, So I place a house teleporter in both my houses and set security to coowner. All my characters are coowners on the other account.

Toon from account 1 can travel to account 2's house but cannot travel back to his house (house 1 he's a owner). I get a message "you do not have access to the destination house" I'm not sure why as I am the owner of the destination house.

Does each account need to place it's own tiles to travel back and forth?

There seems to be an issue with grandfathered houses. We're looking into it. If your houses are not grandfathered, please provide more information about the houses: classic/customizable, facet, security setting on house and on tiles etc.

I have char on the same account as the houseowner.
He can go from the owned house to the public house where the second tile is at.
But he get the same "no access" message when trying to go form the public house to the private house he is on same account as the owner off.
Both houses in trammel and both are build long after granfathered houses was still possible. One is a Keep the other a Castle

The houseowner of the private one could use the tile both ways, and so could a char thats friended to both houses.
So it seems it doesnt recognise chars on the houseowner account except the owner itself if the house is private.

Sakkarah, Thanks for the reply.. I'm going from a GF house in Tram to a 18x18 in Malas, both houses are private. Right now the teleporter tile ias almost in the middle of a room and is set to friends (I've tried every setting on it).
