Hi this is my first post I am a returning player. I'm not sure what size of house my house is. It has space for 50 vendors and the max secure storage is 2924. I held a placement tool over it and it looked like 18x18 but I hear they have 58 vendors, is there a link or site that can tell me storage/vendor = size.

as Kayhynn mentioned, the number of vendors is based on the house size + storage upgrades. here's the stratics page which has a chart giving all the details. Master Building Table - Old Stratics
Honestly, you really can't tell the size of your plot from the maximum storage or how many vendors a house can hold. The only way to tell is to walk around it and start counting. It does look like you have a maximum storage house, except you only have the 20% storage upgrade.
I was given it as a gift and wanted to know what size it was if I should choose to sell it. I didn't want to sell it as an 18x18 if it wasn't. Thanks everyone for the info
Except for keeps and castles everything from 15 x 15 upwards has the same storage as an 18x18.

Ok When did this change come in, I remember it always used to be 1 tile smaller than its actual tool size when walking around it ...17 spaces was an 18 Etc.
I don't think it's ever been this way. An 18x18 has always been 18x18 if you walked around it. It's more like 18x19 when you consider the front steps. You might be thinking of floor tiles. You can only place 17x17 floor tiles in an 18 x18, but you can place wall tiles on the very north and west edges of the plot, which gives the 18x18 plot.
