Another thing with houses:
Why are owners of smaller houses still getting a penalty on house storage? While I agree, that legacy keeps and castles should remain as they are, couldn't all smaller houses get the same minimum amount of a current 18x18? This would reduce the area occupation with large spots, since many people would be happy with a smaller house in a potential better location (or even on another shard in a remote area) if the storage would not be so limited. They all pay the same money, also for the storage increases, but they get different amount of real storage dependent from the house size.
I don't think this is fair against paying customers any more, especially since the old hardware limitations which made this decision necessary in the beginning of UO are no longer there. Or are there any other reasons for this?
