After reading through the other threat and reading up on patchnotes, rules, and other housing hints,

I was wondering the following

If i buy a house or have one given to me (i did NOT place it myself)

Does the 7 day Timer apply to the resizing?

can i resize it right away or do i have to wait 7 days since i traded a house.

And what if i just sold my house and bought a new one...and i want to resize it?
Do i have to wait 7 days from the time i sold mine?


anyone ever try that?

I think the only timer that goes with resizing is the 1hour delay between resizing. Ive never had a problem resizing after I received a house.... try it on test center
