I won a spot and trasnfered the deed to my second account to place, it says "you must have a deed to place" but the deed is in my pack...any help would be nice...thanks

This is happening to alot of people. No Clue How to cure it tho.
I have one deed that says Area 51 instead of showing *catskills shard*, the other I have on Pac is normal...
