House on it's own on an island?

Howdy all, long time no see!

Way back in the day I was in a guild for a short time. Their guildhouse was the only house on an island. It was a fairly good sized house, maybe 18x18, or maybe even a keep/castle, it's been a long time.

Does anyone know of any locations where a fairly large house is the only house that fits on the island? Don't need it to be open, just trying to figure something out!

Justice isle in Trammel.

There is also one island in Tokuno that holds an 18x18.

I do not know of any islands that will hold only a Keep or Castle.

Blanche Island had a castle on it on Pacific at one time. (it is in the chain of islands south far south of cove. But it can not hold large houses now.

Then there is an island North Of Justice in a lake that can hold some houses.
They used to go for a lot of gold.

Then there is the small island West of Skara brea called Ivers Rounding that can hold houses but not sure how big haven't been there in a while.

I checked those all out, but none of them seemed to be it. I remember it being an island just big enough to accommodate one house, with the house being close to 18x18 or better. Does anyone else have any ideas?

On Atlantic there was a guild at one time that had a single 18x18 small vendor house on an island. I can't remember the island nor the guild name and have been trying to, senility is a pain lol. Thought maybe if I posted this it may jog something loose in someone elses head or something.

I'm guessing it was a Tokuno island. There are a few that can hold larger homes... nothing in Trammel/ Felucca or Malas has that ability.

The one I am thinking of was in Tram. I really want to say it was VEW {Vesper's Elite Warriors} that had the house. I could be wrong on the guild but I definately remember the lone 18x18 on the island. I have heard rumors about their GM being back in game now some so will keep an eye out.

Well I was wrong on the guild and house size. Actually ran across a rune on one of my chars to the place I was talking about. Coordinates of the island are 94-29N 3-30W. It is only a 13x18 though, still a nice size house to have on a private island. Some on Atlantic will still know it as T4H island but I think it's under new management now. Screen shot below shows the island in the corner of the map and a good reference point for you.

Justice Island can't hold an 18x18 though. Or even a 15x15 for that matter. The house there needs to be long and skinny.

There appears to be 2 houses in that picture which is not a "house on it's own on an island" and I would say the beach belongs more to the smaller house.

Fel Justice Isle is the only island that could possibly hold a big house and it would have to be a Pre AOS (maybe older) L shaped.

The plants that are on that isle block big house plots now.

When i first shared a house it was an L shaped house on Pac at this location and we had to burn a boat (couldn't dock without a dockmaster) and we had it within the first week.

Our house was broken into so many times it wasn't funny. Back then Gate spells would pop up 2 squares to the south east of your location so it was pretty easy to get inside houses using that and that wasn't even considered an exploit back then. Then there were all the other actual exploits to get into houses i never kept valuables inside this house.

Yes, you have said that multiple times. rolleyes:

Doesn't mean it is Justice Isle. Depends when the OP recalls the house as far as the year. It could still be Tokuno.

I have a friend that owns the two plots on that Island on Atlantic. It's a great spot.

Well, it sounds like justice island or tokuno are the only two people know of. I seem to remember it like KylieKinslayer, but I must just be remembering wrong.

I know it wasn't tokuno, because this was long enough ago that tokuno wasn't around (I think I was on great lakes at the time).

There is an island in malas that you had to teleport to that held a singel 18x18 upon release they were placed quickly with folks with large screen resolutions but it was also reachable like the malas mountain locations.

Justice Island Tram Atlantic used to be the home of the T4H guildhouse. It is not a 18X18 but I believe it was max storage. The house was setup to look sort of like a keep, only much narrower.

Edit...Sorry Kylie...didnt see your post but you are correct...it is now under new ownership as a private museum.
