Well Lets face it, Lunas Appeal for the large part disappeared with vendor search. The sad thing is people paid Billions, and the houses are worth im just guessing half what they used to be, So most people wouldn't want to take a hit that big, The Luna Market may never stabilize, the only way i see it happening is houses decaying and new owners selling for non ridiculous prices. Only way I see Luna house being special is like ATL realtor using it as a real estate base, Or I heard of one house that only does rare vendors, now thats going to cause casual browsing.
