Sorry but if you really want 65 mill you might want to show some pics of the rares you have of something here and there is plenty of rune libraries out there now. House that big isn't in like luna or just outside the walls and without showing goods, it won't bring anywhere close to that price. Not trying to be mean, just trying to help you justify such a high price if you are serious about selling it. And of course, good luck to you with it.
