Just a question / idea / suggestion..

I will start by saying devs have plenty to do... but this could be fun for those that are good at house design.

I have read before people wanting their houses designed and only way now is to tx house or give account access..

Maybe there could be a new house "access" decorator access.. you could add someone to that list and bam only thing they can do is enter and save a design.

Would open the market for pro house decorator.

Maybe something to toss around at the next dev meeting.. for pub 99 or something .. no rush.. my Borg cube is quite homie.

Its a nice idea. I still prefer the idea of blueprints though. Once you commit a house you can make a blueprint, which can be traded. Anyone who buys the blueprint can then use it to create exactly the same design provided they are standing on a blank house foundation of the same size.

I'd like to see more foundation choices to start with.

Maybe add a grassy (or sandy) slope/border that blends better with the surrounding land.

and also, perhaps if you pay more $$$ into the house plot you get the full item count as a castle.

I've always wanted the Basement. I've explained how it could work dozens of times. It would be a simple solution to folk wanting more space as well as adding $$$'s to the game. If we could buy a 32x32 plot in some plain black server you would get a plot that could be designed as a Dungeon/Basement. It could have "new" wall designs of dungeon walls... like those in Wrong, Deceit, the Britain Sewers etc. This would "link" to your house via some sort of teleporter that "appeared" to be like a trapdoor or a ladder sticking up from a hole or something. Just a one floor 32x32 or even a 2 floor pad would be awesome. And it should have the same storage as a castle.

I would also like more foundation styles, The castle stone is something I'd like to see for foundations. I also want the black stone from Umbra and Castle Blackthorn. We also need some sand tiles.

I've always liked the idea of blueprints as well. What would really be nice would be if I could "display" the blueprint as a mini-house.

I get asked all the time to design a house and then asked how I want to do it. I have to explain being a co-owner doesn't work. Most of the time what I end up doing, unless I have a free account, is screenshot as I design in design mode and send them each floor to use. It's a royal pain.

Some way to design houses and sell a blue print or be co-owned as a designer would be great.

I wish..... I would love if they could give us a download of some program like the old House Builder one that would allow us to create such designs and then save them as something she could look at and use. Or if they could make some sort of test server which allowed us to place and actually modify a castle/keep.
