House Design Contest Rares Fest Sakura 2017

This Contest applies to all shards. (including test center)
We recommend that you build your house on test center
*you can build a house on test center and it doesn't affect your homes on home shard.
*You can be copied to the test center with the need Deco items from Your Home Shard.

Themes are as follows.

･cherry blossom park

Winner Selection
After the application deadline, the winner will be decided by vote on the Stratics UO Homes and Castles forum.

Prize (Lucky 2nd Winner)
1st Winner Trophy and 150mil
2nd Winner Trophy and 250mil
3rd Winner Trophy and 50mil

Special award Trophy and 50mil

*When I run a contest, I always give the 2nd Winner the best prize.

Delivery of the prizes will take place during the contest awards ceremony of the rares festival. It will be held January 8th, 2017.

if you can not participate in the contest awards ceremony, you can receive the prize on your shard afterwards at a later date.

I have run over 10 contests so far and I am always studying about it.
That is Not a mistake in description, It is simply my preference.
The main prize is a trophy.
