Sadly, in spite of many folks still having problems updating their accounts and payment information in the new Account Management system, it appears that the dev team has decided to go ahead and turn on housing decay "within the next week."

And, lastly, I believe they did finally fix things (on August 25th) so you can input gametime codes.
Good luck to anyone out there who's still struggling with this! Please give things one last shot, if you can, and hopefully things will work this time for you. And if you just can't get it to work, if there's something that you know is going to fall that you really want to hang onto, please SAY SOMETHING to someone. I know Siege is a rough-and-tumble kind of place, but I think 99% of the people playing here have good hearts and will go out of their way to try to help someone avoid losing something they really value, whether it's some unique rare, a hard-to-replace artifact, or something of sentimental value only. Please let us work together as a community to do whatever limited things we can do to save the truly important stuff for your eventual return.
