So i accidentally placed a house on my main account and condemned my house. i dropped the oops house but house is still in decay status. will it fix at server maintenance?

I find everything relating to house building, ownership transfers, and decay uncertain.
To be on the safe side, I would transfer the condemned house to an account that has no house. Then, after a week transfer the house back to the original account.
