I found my old runebooks today, but sadly they are kinda outdated (i.e chessmen still an entry)

Is there a updated list about what spawns these days? from food items like vesper mage shop/the wires in i. buccs smithy/drired herbs/rocks oh you get the drift =)

I cannot find a updated one, they still carry on lots of bad info =/
