hot air balloon?

Ok I just got plans for a hot air balloon that needs a wicker basket and iron cauldron!

i am assuming you get the basket from weaving but what about the cauldron? maybe the one you get from wich?
anyone put one together yet?

The hag quest gives you a cauldron - dont know if thats exactly what it wants though

It's one of the books from the Royal (not Holy - typo) City quests. From a little googling, these reward books appear to be copies of the books from the Ultima VI game. It's not clear if it's actually a functional quest ... it would be an awesome easter egg if it was

Ultima VI was an awesome game! The hot air ballon was used to get over some mountains toward the end of the game.

yea Ultima 4 was awsome
but where in TerMur in UO was this quest please I am very interested to find , ive checked every quest giver i could.
