Hosting UOAM Server questions...

Looking for someone I can PM a few questions about hosting my own UOAM Server. I currently have my router configured correctly..I think. I also have the Server started as well. My only problem is I get a error message when I try to link to the server.

Error says Connection refused. So if there's anyone out there willing to accept a few PM's from me on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.;)
