go to the desert land in Eoden and kill the shamans.
they come with a sandy light brown robe, obi and sandals.
you can dye them any color you want from there.
couple neat colored items can be had from the residents of Eoden.

Not really that bad it's the other guys up there that get you in trouble try luring the shaman out of town... I did just fine gathering several on my tamer running in on a dread and grabbing the shaman and peacing everything else.
