Funny thing, it acts almost like a static but when on the ground it's still highlightable. If you smash the crate it's in, you can move it up and down the z axis with a house deco tool but to change the location, you have to page a GM to re-crate it.
It weighs 255 stones, and was put in a crate for me by a GM to help me redecorate my house. I'm not sure I'd even be willing to sell, but I am somewhat curious if anyone could put a value on such a thing.
