Honesty Virtue: Can we lock it until we want to use it

If there isn't currently a way to lock it. Can it be put in?

How about the opposite: It doesn't work at all until you use it, and target an NPC with it, similar to targeting a monster with the Honor Virtue.

This way those of us who want Virtue points for RP purposes can just never use it, and thus never lose it. And the rest of us can save it for a big purchase.

Yes please. Losing Knight of Honesty because I buy a 6 gold bag and get 1 gold coin back is dumb.
