Honesty Recruitment Challenge Part 1 – Target Shards
After my last post, I think it is clear that the reason we all play here is the type of player attracted to the shards rule set. This will be at the heart of any message given during this week of recruitment. It is important to remember we are not there to SPAM up any shards. A simple message delivered either through chat, at bank, or left in books. This message could be a direct message, a poem, or even a scholarly argumentative report (this is not a hate speech, it would be more like, “this is why this is better than that.”) Please I ask keep it respectful – even in the face of those whose fun is at someone else expense. These other shards are fit well to some that play there. However, these shards also have players who are best fitting here and I doubt they would be likely to come over if our recruitment is disrespectful.
To be most effective we should target certain shards at their peak times. I will post a time zone map if needed, but I have got a copy form wiki that gives the locations of the servers at the bottom(English Speaking). Therefore east coast players should recruit the European servers in the mornings to late afternoon (10am -6pm). A decent (not completely accurate) estimate is Europe is 5 hours ahead. East coast would be Mid-afternoon to late evening (3pm-11am). West coast would be recruited starting early evening to late night (6pm-3am). If you don’t know how your time zones translate out to match up with these I can figure it out in a reply post.
