Holy light questions? Never went over 70 Chiv, now I am curious

So, holy light. Energy damage, range based on karma lvl.

Questions I have:
Is it affected by eval int bonus?

Is it affected by SDI bonus?

unless it changed recently, holy light was never effected by any spell buffs (SDI, eval int, arcane empowerment, intelligence). it's suppose to be effected by karma, but i have my doubts with that, as i never noticed a difference.

Karma affects it. Try casting it with a Dread Lord as opposed to a Glorious Lord. You'll see a big difference in damage.
