Hollow Prism

I'm trying to make some runed switches and need hollow prisms, but I can't find what skill is needed for them.

Anyone know?

alchemy

That item needs more different skills than anything else in game

mining for sand for the prism
alchemy to make it
inscription to make it 'runed' and for the switch
tinkering to make the jewelled filigree
lumberjack to get the switches
carpentry to put it all together
