Just put about 40 holiday bells on my vendor at Dragonstorm Manor for only 500k each. If you are looking for a name to finish off your set, good place to start. I have some more and will stock them as room is made on the vendor.

To get to Dragonstorm Manor. Go to the City of Umbra on the Atlantic Shard and run down to the SE bridge out of the city. We are right outside.
