It's dead unless you move to ATL. Some other shards have people playing but the PVP died after the faction nerf and most people, myself included, seemed to have stopped bothering.

Ahhh... yeah... seemed like it was all going down hill when i quit... was bored and thinking about playingh some again just to annoy people.. but from what Ive seen it wouldnt worth building suits n stuff..
