If I put Tokuno Dyes in a locked down container, and set the use to Owner Only, they're safe, right?

I want to put my full set of all Tokuno Dyes in my display case, but it kinda seems that would be REALLY asking for it....

I locked down a ToT 2 minor dye on the floor. And when I double-clicked it, it said I couldn´t access it. So if you´re worried that visitors are gonna use them up then maybe you don´t have to worry...
