hmm a spellweaving glitch

So I open my spellweaving spell book and it says it takes 80 skill to cast. I am currently at 80.7. I double click to cast and I get a system message "You need at least 83 Spellweaving skill to use that ability"

I am thinking the Dev who wrote that bit of code is an ex used car salesman..
