There's also that named Bridle found on Red Death, a named skeletal steed in Bedlam. That's part of the Hitching Rope.
Also unmentioned is Phillip's Wooden Steed, a minor artie gained by killing paragons and doing lvl 6 treasure maps.

Tinker and no recipe needed. If you look for it in the tinker menu while playing the KR client you will not see it, need to be in 2d to make.
