Can anyone tell me anything about the hitching post?? Just wondering what it's functions are and will it be good to have. Thats when we can buy it?? Or make it.

We can make them now. They take some rather hard to obtain items, but with some time invested you should be able to obtain them without too much trouble. The only item that could cause problems is the Resolve's Bridle which is obtained from Red Death, and that's only if there's no one down in Bedlam to help with crowd control.
As far as what you can do with them, they work just like an Animal Trainer at the stables, allowing you to claim or stable pets from your home. They are rechargeable with a Hitching Rope. It takes a Tinker to make both the rope and the post.

Takes the Following to make:
100 Tinkering
15 animal lore (use a ring and or brac if need to)
2 ropes
2 Bridles (red death)
1 Animal Pheromone (Fire Rabbit)
1 Phillips Wooden Steed (paragon minor arty)
The post has 15 uses before it has to be recharged (tinker?). I can only be recharged 2 times which means thats 45 total uses before having to make a new one.
Honestly i think Phillips Wooden Steed will be the hardest thing to get. Rope drops alot off krakins (spelling?) and bridle drops off red death ( 100%?) and animal pheromone veries for drop. I got 3 last night in under an hour while the day before i spent some time (about 3 hours) with out 1.
Made a few of theses and they look cool.
