I'm 99.19% sure this works with monsters, and I'd assume would come in very handy while fighting hard hitting monsters

I asked this for FoF and it did not get answered.
Again, reason being, if im fighting something taht has 100 wrestle (i have 120 sword and +45 HCI) and my HLD mod goes off, that gives me a 100% chance of hitting creature for 8 seconds.
Just dont know for certain if they allow a creatures DCI to go to -25% in their calculation.

So there isn't official informations about this? And no one tryed to test if really do or no not a penality in dci to monsters?
