[Archery] Hit dispel against mystic NPC's

I made a hit dispel 50% to use against the mystics for this new quest regarding the void creature. The hit dispel does not dispel the RC's nor animated weapon. Is this a bug since they are both summoned.

Mages can't dispel them either so I would assume that they were programmed that way. I don't think you can dispell anything other than the rev's at the necro camp. At least the mages aren't casting Ev's or demons.
