any 1 know the base damage fir hit area effect? like hit fire area? is there a bas range? on some mobs it seems to hit for 1-5 some times for on others

I don't if it has a base damage but I found out a while ago its based on the damage you do with the hit.

hit something with 0 fire resist and you'll know (try polar bears)
