Wow Gam, I didn't want to befoul the thread by posting comments on one containing only memorable LA history so I am posting this.
All I can say is that thread rocks! It reminds me of a time when UO was really fun and not full of griefers and 80 cent per million gold.
I was in OoC with Eryn and company and was fortunate/unfortunate enough to see Beldin go and moved into dwarf-town when he was parting out his houses.
I was LDR when Nutty was kidnapped although I was hoping he would never be found because I was planning a hostile takeover.:gun:
I was in DSR before Aiden bailed.
I was at Twink and DV's wedding. I tried my best to convince her not to make the same mistake again but she wouldn't listen. For some reason she likes the crouchy old codger!!!
Man those were great auctions! Leia also did a great job after their departure but teh ones with all three of them were the bestest.
Moonglow festival! That was realy cool because I remember obtaining my first 120 Blacksmith scroll which was actually worth something back then.
*sigh* Good times, thanks Thomas Steele.
My crafter Mr Fixit joined LCL a couple of years ago and that was a great bunch of folks before almost all of them left.
Thanks for dredging this stuff up, really cool! Although you did miss one LA significant milestone that should be, IMHO, worthy of mention: the SLACTARD interview!!!!!
