Do hiryus lose the same skill as greater dragons? 10% or can they trained up to the max pretame skill?

Im just wondering because their max wrestle in the wild is 120, so if it was like the greater dragons, it would mean that they can only be retrained up to 108 =[

Hiryu's loose 10% of their pre-tame wrestling and that becomes it's new cap unless it ends up lower than GM and in that case GM would become the new cap. So yes, a pre-tame hiryu with 120 wrestling will drop to 108 and be the max.
