Hiryu taming locations?

Are there only the two spots to tame hiryus? Along the shore line, and near-ish the moongate?

Just wondering if there's anywhere that they spawn in a relatively small location, so you don't have to run around a minute to find the next one.

They spawn all over the area north and east of the moon gate, and if you run northwest toward the sleeping dragon spawn, you can find some mixed in with the earth elementals. I think they're called kaze kemonos.
